Return and Exchange Policy:
I do want you to be happy with your art. Please read the artwork descriptions carefully and look at available images. I try my best to capture as close a representation of the artwork in my photos, but please know that lighting, monitors, angle of viewing can shift the colors and look slightly different in person.
All sales are final except for a few situations. If you have any concerns, please contact me.
Your order will ship out between 3-5 business days after your order is placed and payment received. If for some reasons I require more time for packaging and handling I will contact you.
I use Canada Post or other carriers such as FedEx and DHL and will choose the best option depending on your location and size of package. Many couriers do not deliver to P.O. boxes. If you have any concerns, please leave me a note. (eg. if you live in a rural area far from a major city or town center, and might not be able to take delivery of the package during business hours, it will be best for me to send it by Canada Post as it has many Postal Outlets where they can keep your package until you are able to pick it up.)
(The package will never be left at the door. If you are not there to take delivery, the package will be sent to the carrier's depot or Canada Post outlet.) In light of COVID-19 the package may have to be left at the door.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, depending on the size of the painting and the country. Before purchasing, please let me know which painting and your postal code or zip code so I can get you an estimate for the shipping.
Are there additional fees for International orders?
There can be, and this will depend upon your country's custom policies. Please review your country's local importing fees and taxes to avoid any surprises. Buyer is responsible for all customs fees.
I accept all major credit cards on my website. If you prefer to pay by Paypal, send me an email and I will send you a Paypal link. If you are in Canada, we can also do an e-transfer.
Do you take commissions?
Presently I am not accepting commissions.
